Share Parent and Child records between many business units

Hello,

In PowerApps, Model driven application, I'm developping a Custom solution that Use Projects (MSDN_Project entity) which I have attached multiple entities as a child (N:1 Relationship).

Here is my issue:

Lets say I have 2 users USR1 from BU1 and USER2 from BU2.

The both have the same roles but different business units. The USER1 wants to share his Project with the USER2 by using Share button in the Project details and checked all attributes excpt the Delete.

USER2 can see the project without any Issue howerver he cann't see the related records (Same Owner).

I checked the Behavior type and It is Parental and the relationShip Behavior are "Cascades ALL".

What's I'm missing? Please help

    Hi Yazid,

    Can you check if both the users have got read and share privileges for related entity/entities as well?

    I would be very careful using the Project entity, as there is built in functionality with this. If you're not using all of the project related functionality maybe it would be easier to create a custom entity instead?
