Hello Team,
What is the best way to create bulk cases. We will be having teams for inspections of properties and there will be 'Team leader' to whom all the cases should be assigned against each property for every month.
Case for: Property (Custom Entity)
Case Assigned to: Team Leader
Recurring: For every month.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is our implementation is d365 online, and we do not have any access to server.
Hi Aric, Indeed it is also a good solution - i had this in my mind.
In addition to your comment - @shreedhar - you will have to keep the excel/CSV file of data in a location and update it every month. then in your console app you have to read the data from it and create in CRM. Let me know with which option you are most comfortable.

Besides the options of using SSIS or Scribe, which are great options, you can create a simple console application using the SDK that will retrieve/create the entity records that you are looking for.
Once the Console application has been completed, you can attach in to Task Scheduler running on a Windows Server, and schedule it to execute every months.

Hi Sreedhar, there is no easy solution to this - you will have to use 3rd party software that can help you.
for e.g Scribe - but you will have to pay for this.
you can also use Kingswaysoft's ssis toolkit for free - but you have to pay for a license to automate it.

Creating the case entity with some default values.
you can use out of the box - import option - import all the cases with CSV or excel.
and also create a workflow on creation :
if ( property ="abc")
assigned to "x person".
otherwise if (property ='ACFB')
assigned to ='y person'.
