Excell Copy and Paste Function Problems

Hi Community

I have encountered this weird problem with GP excel copy and paste functionality. When i copy and paste, the system pastes wrong figures, it adds 2 zeros at the end. ordinarily these are the zeros i would expect after the comma. For example if i copy and paste 234.85 the system is pasting it as 23 458.00. i am only getting correct figures if i paste 346 which will give give me 346.00 as expected. Any ideas anyone.
