Good day,
We have an employee sitting on the development environment on dynamics HR, hence she is not able to view/do anything.
Is there a way to move her to the HR Prod environment? Been looking for help online with no luck.

I tried to do as you suggested but the name of user is not appearing on the list of the name in the AD.
Any other way to make it happen?
Another solution is to create manually and add the user email id. If the user is not in the same tenant then you should add the provider name.
For example. user email is john@test.com then the provider name should be sts.windows.net/test.com
otherwise it should be by default like this https://sts.windows.net/
