I have one dashboard and requirement is user should select multiple records in one view and Assign it to someone.
Is there any way to select multiple on dashboard view?

I don't understand why there is the button "merge" on dashboard ribbon when you cannot select more than one record...

Dashboard does not support for multi select, please click onbelow highlighted icon, it will open a new window, then you are able to select multiple records there.
I don't know of a way to allow multiple selections on a dashboard view (but then, I don't know why the restriction is there). However, you could ask the users to click the 'See the records...' button (top-right of the view), which opens the view in a new window so that you can select multiple records
