Hi,
This error is due to your CRM account being deactivated or deleted.
Please refer the links below.
Just get the admin to enable your user account or move you to an active business unit and assign you appropriate security role to access the system.
I keep getting the error.
Access error. The system could not log you on. This could be because your user record or the business unit you belong to has been disabled in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
