RM Customer Statements by Address ID

My client would like to be able to print a copy of the RM Cusomer Statement for each Address ID associated with the customer. I know you can do that one-by-one by printing them for each customer one-at-a-time, changing the Statement To address on the Customer Maintenance window each time. But they have hundreds of customers with several address ID's for each customer so that's impractical.

The requirement is very simple to state: Instead of printing one statement for each customer in the range of customers chosen in the Print Receivables Statements window, Dynamics would print one statement for each customer/address ID combination. The statements would be identical for each customer except for the header address info.

There doesn't seem to be a 3rd party out there that does this. Has anyone done it in Crystal, or Dex?

This should be a piece of cake in Crystal (or SRS or SQL), however, one dilemma you will run into is unapplied payments, as there is no address ID associated with Cash Receipts.
