NAV 2018: missing transactions in Transaction Register comparing to Posted Customer Order List data

Hi everyone,

In NAV, when a customer order is posted, it will be transferred to Posted Customer Order List page. Then in Transaction Register & Transaction Sales Entries, I will be able to see the record of that sales order.

Now, I have some cases that the sales order posted to Posted Customer Order List, but I couldn't find a related one in Transaction Register & Transaction Sales Entries. Comparing the number of record in a day gives me the result that the record couldn't be created.

I don't know how to trigger the record generating to those Transaction tables again. Or would I have to do SQL statement to create? (it would be a big risk if I miss any tables)

If anyone met the same issue, please help to advise

There is no Posted Customer Order List, Transaction Register, or Transaction Sales Entries in standard NAV. You might be talking about customization or an add-on.

Don't try to do SQL query to create the table unless you fully understand what is going on.
