New Timesheet line EP AX 2012 R3

Hello DAX people,

When I create a new line in a timesheet from the enterprise portal, sometimes the line is deleted for some users. I tried to reproduce this scenario in our test environment but I couldn't, the line is always created OK. Yet some users are having this random problem. Any suggestions, please?

Are you on the very latest AX2012 R3 version and have you installed all updates available for EP issues?

Hi Nesrine Labidi,

If some users are facing this issue then you should basically try "Refresh Data" from EP Administration that will Refreshes any static data that is used on enterprise portal sessions and as Gunjan suggested "Refreshing AOD" might also fix the issue by refreshing classes, data sets web menu items etc.

Please also try with different browser for those users just to find the root cause.

Hi Nesrine,

Is it happening for all workers or is it happening randomly?

Have you tried to Refresh the AOD and the Dictionary from EP home page and check if that resolves the issue?
