Hello, I applied a new business process for the opportunities, but for some reason, the users who are set on the English language don't see the "Next stage" buttons on the stages.
Stage buttons are not visible to users in English language
1. Language-Dependent Labels / Metadata Mismatch
When a Business Process Flow (BPF) is created in one language (e.g., French), its stage labels and system messages are stored under that language’s locale.
If the English translation for those labels was never published or synced, English users might see missing buttons or incomplete BPF controls — especially the “Next Stage” and “Previous Stage” buttons.
Check: Go to Settings → Customizations → Customize the System → Business Process Flows → [Your BPF] → Translations.
Then export translations, verify English strings exist, and reimport/publish. 2. Business Process flow Not Published for All Languages
If the BPF was activated or edited while the system language was set to French, only the French labels were made active. Fix:
Switch your user language to English (United States).
Open the BPF in edit mode.
Re-save and Activate it again while in English.
Publish All Customizations.
This ensures both French and English metadata are compiled. 3. Form or Ribbon Customization Overlap
Sometimes, a custom form or custom ribbon command hides the “Next Stage” button due to conditional visibility rules (like PrimaryControl.dataProcess references).
Check: Use the Ribbon Workbench → open your Opportunity form → check if Next Stage or Next button visibility is language or role dependent.
