Knowledge Articles - Font Size changes after adding KA to email.

Hello Community,
 
We have implemented the use of KNowledge Articles, mostly OOTB.
 
However, we have noticed how the Font Size changes when a knowledge article is added to an email. 
 
Example:
 
All of the text in our Knowledge Articles must have the font Verdana 10px.
When an email from a customer is being answered, if the user is choosing a knowledge article, the font size of the text changes to 8 px.
 
Does anybody have some experiences with this? Or some tips on how to solve it?

    Hi,
     
    I encountered the same issue as you.
     
    This is because the font size unit of the rich text control in the Knowledge Article entity is px.
    The font size unit of the rich text control in the description field of the email entity is pt.
     
    According to this document. 

    Updating the web resource referenced by the email entity rich text control to this resource to change the default unit from pt to px.
     
     
    Unfortunately, this doesn't work and the default font size unit is still pt which cannot be changed.
     
    If this issue is affecting your normal business, it is recommended that you raise a support ticket for further assistance.
