We have implemented the use of KNowledge Articles, mostly OOTB.
However, we have noticed how the Font Size changes when a knowledge article is added to an email.
Example:
All of the text in our Knowledge Articles must have the font Verdana 10px.
When an email from a customer is being answered, if the user is choosing a knowledge article, the font size of the text changes to 8 px.
Does anybody have some experiences with this? Or some tips on how to solve it?
