Ho do i block my cashier from using the look up function. I want them to scan all items.

I have lost a huge amount of inventory by allowing them to use this function, they are sentering the code for a smaller package of an item and giving away the larger package.

Please advise.

Thank you for your questions. Mihir is correct with the best way is to set up secuirty on the button. If you look in the Help Files in Store Operations Manager it explains how to set up security for cashiers.

This can be done by using the RMS security feature. Disable the cashier access to F2 (lookup) button on the POS screen for the security level of the cashiers.
