Hola,
I have SO manager (Store Operations Manager) installed on four machines. I need to view custome reports from all four machines.Under reports the custom option is not available on three of them. I am logging in the same on all three machines. Is it a permission issue on the POS system?

You need to copy the "reports" folder from the computer that it works on and paste it into the same location of the ones it does not. You can find them in the C:/Programs Files\Retail Management System\Store Operations\Reports
