Does TaxJar disabled D365 Business Central Native Tax engine?

Hello Experts,

I am using TaxJar Connecter for Tax Calculation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

TaxJar is calculating taxes properly, and also add entries in tax entries as well.

But on posted sales invoice System calculates tax as it's native tax engine.

So My concern is "Does Tax Jar automaticlly disabled System's Native tax engine and calculate taxes or we need to first disable native tax engine manually ?"

No. TaxJar does not automatically disable Business Central’s native tax engine. You must configure BC so that only TaxJar is used; otherwise BC will still calculate taxes with its native engine at posting.

Hello Sahil,

TaxJar does not auto-disable BC native tax. You must manually prevent native tax (VAT posting groups / setup), otherwise BC recalculates tax at posting.
