Add Mulitple Contact to a field.

Hello,

Is there a way to add multiple contacts to a field in CRM 2011?

Please Help!

    You will likely need a plugin for that (it would query related contacts and add them to the email "to field".. might be set up to run on the "pre-create" of the email record)

    When I do the subgrid I'm not able to get those contacts and put them in the send email workflow. I tried the partylist but I can't import the contacts.

    No, it would be a partylist, and you can't create custom partylists fields (there are out-of-the-box ones, such as "cc" field on the email entity).

    You should probably create a relationship and display a subgrid instead

    Only a few fields in CRM allow you to add multiple contacts in that field. These are the partylist fields on activities, such as the To field on an email.

    Otherwise, if you want to link multiple contacts to a record, your 2 main options are:

    1. Use connections, in which case you'd also specify roles
    2. Create a Many-Many relationship between contact, and the other entity
