Hi Surya,
I removed the "123" from the port field in IP configuration in D365 and now I can print Merchant receipt but I cannot print the shopper's copy.
Any idea why this is the case ?
I added Customer Receipt & Store's credit card receipt formats to my receipt profile.
Both are blank but not sure why only the Merchant's receipt is printed & not the shopper's copy.
Do you have a guide on how to setup & print receipts to an external printer with Adyen connector.
I'm using Aures printer with OPOS driver.
I'm using Dynamics 365 V10.0.8 with V400cPlus PED.
