Drill to Dynamics not working in Management Reporter 2012 and Dynamics GP (Tax Update 11.00.1860 Installed)

Hi,

We have Dynamics GP 2010 R2 and Management Reporter 2012. The "Drill to Dynamics" icon is not available to us, ever. We are at the account level (as the documentation says to be), and we can drill to transactions within Management Reporter, but the “Drill to Dynamics” icon is always greyed out:

I did see this article, where you have to be within the company you wish to drill to and that you actually must exit Dynamics to enter a new company to drill to, but that wouldn’t seem to apply here as I’ve never seen the button active:

All the documentation says is that for this to be available, the tax update must be installed. It is installed and it installed successfully. Is there some component/step I'm missing?

I got the answer from a Dynamics expert at one of our companies. She said:

Their (Dynamics Management Reporter 2012) help file is actually incorrect – it says you need to have your pointer on the Account name, but you actually need to be on one of the amounts to activate the button:

Once I clicked on the amount, the "Drill to Dynamics" button became active.
