Time Entry Type is set to be as "Overtime" however, the Actual generates the Working Hours Rate of Resource instead of Overtime Pay Type Charges.

The Booking Journal entity holds a summarization of these activities. It converts the timestamps into blocks of time corresponding to resource pay types.

Please check the following point:
1. Please make sure technician work time wasn't during Work Hours.
2. When the technician completed work, make sure the Journal Type is overtime and page type is overtime.
Finally, change the work order status to closed-posted and the Actual would generate Overtime Pay Type Charges.
I cannot seem to find the related Booking Journal option on a booking, can anyone help me? I have set-up Pay types etc, but I cannot see the Booking Work Journal
