Can any one suggest that from where i get a marketing segment in d365.
Marketing > Customers > Segments.
but in my trail account i could not get segments.

Hi Himanshu,
It sounds like your installation didn't complete correctly for some reason. Can you please go to your Dynamics Admin Center, click the Applications tab, select your Dynamics 365 Marketing Application for your trial, click the Manage button and see if there is an Update Packages or any Run type of button available? If it is, then please kick it off.

Does you Dynamics 365 for Marketing instance have data flow enabled to and from the customer-insights services? This may be your issue.
