Workflow to send email if lead does not become a opportunity

I need to know which are the steps and conditions to create a workflow that when I have new lead sent a email but if passed two days not new opportunity from this lead then send a second email...

Exactly what is the conditions to know if i got a opportunity from a lead ???

    Go to settings>>Processes>>New

    Entity=Lead

    Scope=Organization

    Run this workflow in the background

    Start when=Creation

    Now,

    Apply a wait condition (2 days) then

    Check condition (lead status=open)

    Send email
