Hi everyone,
we have experienced some trouble distributing campaigh activity (email) to marketing list members in CRM 2016 SP2.
We have created marketing list of contacts, and tried to distribute Email message (with Email Template) to all of them through Campaign, creating Campaign Activity.
After Campaign Activity was distributed, we have noticed that Emails were created and sent to Contact, who's owner is current user (who created an Campaign, and distributed Campaign Activity), all other Contacts from Marketing List were ignored. We've checked 'Allow Bulk-Email' flags, and all are set to 'Allow'.
Marketing List was created by the same user, who distributes a Campaign Activity, through Email Template was Individual, and not Organization Template (created by the same user).
Can somebody explain why this could happen?
