IS the field service app customization with custom apps in it?

    D365 Field Service App (or module) is customisable and configurable.

    You can also embed additional power apps (canvas apps) inside it.

    All the above depends on your business process and requirements

    Yes field service app can be customize and you should be able to embed a custom app as well
