Campaigns Issue on Sales Order

I am seeing an issue where if I have a campaign code assigned to a sales order and I manually add an item to that sales order that is not assigned to that campaign code, BC still gives that line a discount when I believe it should not and should use sales pricing logic without the campaign.  Has anyone else encountered this?

    You're encountering a common configuration nuance. While not a bug, the campaign discount applying to unlinked items likely means your Sales Price or Sales Line Discount setup for that campaign is too broad.

    To fix: Check your Sales Prices and Sales Line Discounts filtered by the Campaign Code. Adjust any entries that apply the discount to "All Items" or broad item groups to be more specific. This will ensure discounts only apply to intended campaign items.

    That's strange — this doesn't seem like standard behavior. Please double-check the setup, especially the Campaign Card and item-level configurations.
     
    Also double check Customer group code used in error
