How to post the accrual journal's if the accounting period is on hold or closed.
 
Ex:- I want to post the Accruals for Amazon membership.
 
1-1-2025 I need to create a Accruals for Amazon membership for next 12 months.
 
If the current and next month period is opened and remaining periods are closed or on hold. Now I want to post the Accruals for Amazon membership.
 
How to achieve this in D365

    Hi,
     
    That's the limitation of Accrual Scheme function. Accrual scheme only post if period is open or open for specific user / user group.
    I would suggest using "Expense Accrual" with "Subscription Billing" module. That will allow you to post journal on monthly basis and you will also get some reposting on the same.
