I am new to this system and I support it, I have a user he gets an error it says: One more email messages in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are waiting to be sent. Do you want Microsoft Dynamics CRM to send email through outlook?
Please assist as I don't know what the problem is.

Ok done that.
first thing to check, go to the user record, and approve their email address.
