Some of the users are reporting that they are getting following error when user try to send the email to user for Account.

    Hi,
    1.Does the error still occur if the user is given administrator security role?
    --Used to verify if the error is due to insufficient permissions?
    2.Please refer to the following link:
    If it's a browser caching issue and not related to special permissions, then it's recommended to open a ticket with the Microsoft support team.
