Importing online (closed) orders into D365

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the community and D365 so I apologize if I ask very basic questions.

We have a separate commerce suite for our web transactions, and we're thinking about importing the "completed" web orders into D365,  so a clerk in a shop would be able to visualize the orders a customer has placed not only in the shop but also in the web. Has anyone done this or something similar? Is it possible to import such orders in D365 which would need no further processing? Are there specifics to consider when doing such a thing?

Thanks!
