HQ for voucher & reports

Hi I currently have 2 stores and I am opening a 3rd store. The 3rd store will have completely different items than the other two stores. I was thinking it would be better to add items locally at that store rather than the HQ. But I still want to use Gift Vouchers in all 3 stores and view sale reports from the HQ for all 3 stores. Would there be any issues with this setup?
