How can I quickly compare the GP web services policy from two different GP installations?

I am managing several GP 2010 environments (Develpment, Test, Production) and several interfaces to GP using Web Services. I would like to be able to quickly compare the web services policy instances from these different environments. I can't find a specific config file or database table that holds this information so that it can be quickly compared across multiple servers. So my questions are these:

1) Where is the GP web services policy information stored?

2) Is there an easy way to export or analyze the policy information without using the DynamicsSecurityConsole mmc?

Have you looked at the WSPolicy* tables in the company database?
