Hi All,

Understand that in D365 F&O, to print document in local network printers we are required to install the document routing agent.

What if I have others branches also need to print documents? Do I need to install the document routing agent at the branches PC? If yes, how to prevent the printing job is sending to wrong printer?

Hi Sukrut,

Yes, I know have option to select printer. Meaning that if I add printer 1 from DRA1 and printer 3 from DRA 2, users from branch 2 can print to printer 1 while users from branch 1 able print to printer 3 in this case, correct?

Hi Sukrut,

Are you meant that if branch A and B install DRA, then configure the respective printer for each branch in DRA? In this case, branch A user won't be able to see the printer from branch B?

FYI, the branch A or branch B is not connecting to HQ network.

Hi Sukrut,

Understand what you meant, can I say that if I have 2 branches and 1 HQ, I would see all printer which added into Document Routing Agent when I select the printer after previewing report, correct?

My question is any way to prevent user from branch A select the printer from branch B.
