Create date on Customer Card is not updating after adding the field as read only to Customer Card.

In Modifier, I added the Create Date field to the customer card as read only. After adding this field, the field is not populating with the create date. It shows as 00/00/00 for new customers added. If the modified form is not used, the create date updates properly. Any ideas why or what I can do? We need to know from this window what date the customer was added. We do not want to use one of the user defined fields for this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using VBA to read the database directly and then pass the value to a new field?
