Hi,
I am looking for some ideas on how to implement a custom help feature in our on premise CRM 2015.
Currently we have our help content(forms, articles, videos) in Sharepoint site but we are not really satisfied with the navigation as sometimes we receive a prompt for login to SharePoint.
So, can we have something inside CRM itself where we can store all our custom help content like forms, articles, videos. I've searched online for ideas, but mostly there are articles about customizing the ? button and creating 'Articles' using Articles entity.
If anybody has ideas for me that would be great and appreciate it.
