Save a File to Email via Extension Deployment

Hello,

How can I go about creating a file to then send as an attachement via extension deployment? Any function/codeunit I try to use like File.Create or codeunit 419 it says the type or method can not be used for Extension Deployment.

I want to be able to email an report.

We currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist. If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.

That calls preset code. Trying to mimic that I get the not allowed extension deployment

You could investigate what Post & Send functionality does and create your own IP from there
