Dear readers,
We are completing a CRM deployment and are busy with mobile optimalisations. On the account entity, we are having trouble with the display of the relationship tiles. The opportunity relation (Client lookup on Opportunity) is not displayed on the mobile app, while it is displayed on the webapplication under the Sales tab. I am unable to edit this behaviour.
Does anyone encountered any common problems with this issue?
Our second question is the display of relationship tiles where users does not have access to. They seem to be displayed in between relationship tiles as white space. When you click on them, for example the Entitlement tile, the user will encounter a access failed error. Does anyone know why these als displayed, while the user does not have privileges to that entity.
