Hi,
I setup a workflow to call plugin. I have 7 BU.
When 2 or more users execute workflow at the same time, just one user could execute. Another users can not execute workflow and workflow status is waiting.
I want more user could execute workflow at the same time. How can I do?

If the workflow session is set to Waiting, then that usually means an error has occurred. Check out the error message in the details and it may provide some insight.
Generally speaking, you could be hitting issues with contention if lots of work is being applied to a single entity... for example, you could see locking at the SQL Server level if too many processes are accessing a single table.

It looks like you have synchronous / real time workflow.. make it asynchronous then it might execute at the same time..
Hi, how do you sett your workflow? Do you run it on background? And what's the setting for Execute as the user itself or administrator or something?
