Dear All,
Previously I had tried to create approval for customer/vendor creation.
but the workflow not working.
I want to ask, do approval workflow only applicable for transaction data only such as sales order, purchase order or production order creation ?
or I still have missing step during my creation that makes the approval not working.
Please help to clear my understanding about workflow.

you need some customization to do that
for avaiable workflow , you can check it in modules
