How to expose additional fields in webservice

Hi,

I've been able to go through the tutorial on creating a simple table and page extension on the customer table (Adding rewards).

When I make a request to the OData endpoint though, I don't see the new field in the customer list response.

Is there a trick to having these extended values flow through to the OData response?

    is it a "normal" field or a flow field? flow fields are not shown.

    Hi,

    Not sure. I followed this sample extension tutorial: docs.microsoft.com/.../devenv-extension-example

    So the field in question:

    // The "Description" field can contain a string

       // with up to 250 characters.

       field(2;Description;Text[250])

       {

           // This property specified that

           // this field cannot be left empty.

           NotBlank = true;
           }
