We were going to upgrade a couple of tenants (to V20) this week but now cannot schedule them. At one point, V20 updates had to be done by 6/25. How can we get control of the scheduler again?
You're admin can setup a begin date.

Looks like other admin had the same issue. My understanding is MS has a certain capacity per day for scheduled upgrade. if those capacity fill up then it does not let other people schedule for upgrade on those dates. You can contact Microsoft for more detail.
You are not able to upgrade to version 20.0 anymore. The latest version now is 20.2. So it it 20.2 you are trying to schedule?
I have no problems scheduling for 20.2 in my region.
