TAX INFROMATION FROM SHOPIFY TO BUSINESS CENTRAL

Hi Community,
 
I have a scenario. I have tax on shopify orders for the only Florida state and its city. All other states are tax exempt. Now I want tax information also on business central sales orders. Need yours help to handle the scenario that tax must be calculated in business central on the basis of State (Florida) and city (Shipping city)

    Basic tax setup in the US version

    Hello,
     
    Let Business Central calculate tax, not Shopify.
     
    Configure BC US Sales Tax
     
    Florida = taxable, all other states = no tax
     
    Use Ship-to State + City + ZIP to drive tax
     
    Create Tax Areas/Jurisdictions for FL cities
     
    Import Shopify orders without tax
     
    BC recalculates tax automatically on the Sales Order
     
     
    If rates change often → use Avalara AvaTax.
