Hi,
We using Dynamic CRM 2016 on premise and the interface outlook is standard which regularly comes with MS.
Now to get or Upgrade to Interactive Service Hub outlook, do we need to pay for it or it is free upgrade.
We wanted to upgrade to "Interactive Service Hub", how can we do this?
Please let us know the steps to do it.

Integration Service Hub is not another crm version to upgrade,. Its an added functionality on your current CRm where for customer service module.
