Export to Excel failing

We have Dynamics 365 on-prem. Suddenly, exporting advanced find results to excel are failing. If the query is small (20K rows) it works fine. But anything larger it will not open in Excel. When using Chrome, we get a generic "Network Failed" error message. In Edge it says "Couldn't Download - Network Issue". Using IE, the error message says "We found a problem with some content in filename.xlsx"

Our database download limit is set to 500,000, so I know that is not the issue. We have tried capturing the SQL of the query and no exceptions were found. Has anyone seen this issue previously?

    Hi jsink,

    Based on following document, "Also, analyzing large datasets is not a problem because you can export up to 100,000 rows of data."

    Also, you can try to use Export to Excel tool of XrmToolBox to export records:
