I would like to create a Segment of all users that have received a commercial email in the last X days... I can get close with behavior segments with a filter for date of interaction.. However, how can I filter the message IDs to those that are commercial? Commercial emails is an ever growing list so constantly updating the list of emails to include in the filter seems like a bad way to roll... Suggestions would be great.. Thanks

Hi Josh,
Do you mean filtering out DOI emails?
If so, transactional email interaction won't be logged by Insights, hence only commercial emails will be calculated in the interaction based segment.

Segmentation query builder is targeting Contact Entity (and Entities that have relationships to contact) – Email (Message) does not have this connection and as such cannot be used / it’s not available in a query builder.
