From the Chart of Accounts home window I should be able to “Navigate>GL Balance by Dimension” then have a window pop up where I enter the search parameters etc. It worked for a couple weeks but now doesn’t work. I get this error now as soon as I click "G/L Balance by Dimension", it doesn’t even give me the window to enter parameters:
Is there a way to clear a saved setting somewhere, or what else is causing this problem?
Thanks Manish, I did have to change the way my system date was formatted. It was in English (Canada) and when I changed it to English (United States) the problem resolved.
