NAV2013 R2 Data Sent to Excel cannot be copied and Pasted in Excel

Posted on by 191

I view (say) Vendor ledger Entries in NAV 2013 R2 and use Ctrl+E to send to Excel (2013). If I try to copy a range and Paste in anther Excel workbook, I get Error "That command cannot be used on multiple selections".

Interestingly, if I show the Clipboard and choose the data from there, it does copy to the destination without error

I'm not sure. When I try Ctrl+E and after that copy this range in another, everything is fine. You can copy and paste, but you can refresh this new file with NAV addin.
