Hi there

I have a project called TEST with 3 job lines with an item called NOTEBOOK where quantity is 1.

At the same time, I have 5 Purchase Orders, each one for 1 NOTEBOOK.

When I run the Order Planning, it doesn't bring 3 job lines added.

What should I do?

Order Planning not working

If you have project demand for three notebooks and five notebooks in existing purchase orders, the order planning will not generate any line.

The order planning suggests a new supply to existing demand. Therefore, it will only show what you must buy.

If your project lines are for another location, you must use the planning engine and SKUs to create transfer orders.

You may want to check if there are any specific filters or conditions in the Order Planning setup that exclude job lines from being considered.
