Unable to edit Reservation Field

Hi,

A user is unable to edit the Reservation Field. I checked he has all the required permissions to edit. I assigned the same Usergroups he has to me and checked I was able to edit it. Can anyone assist me to solve this issue?

Which form is this? Can you delete all personalization for the user and try opening the form again?

Is this a custom form?

To be honest, it's been several years without using AX2009 on a daily basis, so, I don't remember by heart the form you share.

Generally speaking, is not that easy to edit the reservation, as system won't know from which transaction the reservation must be deleted.

In a standard implementation, you should enter the item transactions and review which transaction should have a different reserved qty, edit and save.

As an example, if the reservation is due a production order or a sales order, you should enter the order lines and modify the reservation qty

Long story short, I'm not fully sure that the reservation qty should be able to edit from an 'Overview' tab
