OLE note icon stacked?

Does GP has a command to automatically arrange OLE note icons?  Arrange Icons does not work.

    Most users who use this drag the items off of each other. They tend to stay that way after being moved around once.

    I'm not sure if its a bug but it has worked that way for a long time.

    That is a great question. This is actually Windows Technology that GP takes advantage of. I was able to reproduce the issue in my GP 2013 as well. It looks like this would is a bug that would need to get logged with the Windows team that assists with this technology.
