You are unable to use the clean-up batch job, since no classes are attached to these blank jobs, and if you specify an empty caption it will not create a range on the empty caption.
My advice is to have a developer write a job for you, to avoid lock escalation when you begin to delete these jobs. Alternatively you can ask Microsoft to do it.
However, you are also able to do it from the batch job form, with some criteria. The criteria you should use be executed batch jobs with an empty caption without any tasks related to it. I can send you a screen shot if you want?
