I have setup Edit in Excel and it worked properly.
I realized that it does not work recently.
it happened to all customers.
do you have any suggestions?

this is a known issue which should be fixed or will be fixed soon - if you need more and detailed information, please contact your CSP or if you a partner, create a support request and we will have a closer look to that tenant and status.
If Web Client: try asking customers to 're-log' into Excel 'Account'.
Also, If you run Excel as an 'administrator' and functionality 'Edit in Excel' is working fine , this indicates Office365 (Windows) problem.
