How to install eConnect? How to get the eConnect DLLs?

Hopefully this is an easy question - where can I find an eConnect installer and/or the eConnect DLLs?

I googled for 20 minutes but I only found an "installation guide" that talks about an installer ... I don't have the actual installer.

Sorry if this is an obvious question... I'm a new developer on a GP integration project, the old developer left, and he didn't have the foresight to save the installer for the next person. I'm trying to set up my development machine.

The software is on the Great Plains DVD:
